Usually, pencils come in 9h to 9b. I have had the rare opportunity to find a 10b. However, THIS is almost unheard of!
And of course, I had to test it against the "normal" 4b pencils that I use the most.
First "smudge" is from a modified paintbrush that I use for blacks, and the second smudge is from a blending stump. There is definitely very visible differences there! It is really close to the 9b that comes with normal pencil sets, so if you don't really need the powder left from the initial shading, then you probably wouldn't even notice the difference.
All in all, not a bad find! It's very smooth, but very powdery.
