I can’t get to it. I think Romania is blocked from viewing their site.
My initial impression that the site was from US, as it was in dollars, (yes, I know other countries have dollars too). Having checked the site for the location, there is no indication anywhere as to where the site originates.
Ahhhh I saw this on ravelry. I saved it for when I can buy it 
It could be the US. some store sites do block some other countries for tax reasons.

I usually do a few stitches right before bed. It takes a while to finish something that way, but slow progress is still progress
