Not so much advice, but I'd defintely ask if I have been enjoying life. Recent events have made me realize just how short it can be.

In the news here they are saying there are more people under 50 getting cancer now and at the moment they do not know why? or what is causing it. Possibly our lifestyle which has changed over the years.
Not only that, but all of the corners cut due to prices, the food companies are not doing us any favors.
