LadyGirl, there are loads of Photography tuts on You tube, I spent about 2 years learning my DSLR and then found a Bridge camera that was so much easier to use! lol
I have a few places that I use to teach me the different things about the camera. Appeture, Shutter speed, ISO, F-Stop... all of that stuff. All of them affect a photo in different ways. As well as using the Auto, Action, and Macro settings.
It is pretty complicated, but you start getting the hang of things by just pressing buttons. You can always put it back to factory defaults if you think you can't get back to where you started.
Photography Life provides articles, news, digital camera and lens reviews, tips and detailed tutorials to photographers of all levels.
