The past couple of years have been very stressful on us all. We get to the point where we don't want to do anything but eat, sleep, and work.
But remember, you have to take some time for yourself. One hour a day is not much to ask. Don't just plop in front of the TV (I've done that recently, unfortunately), but rather do something creative. Do something that you will be proud of when you are finished. You don't have to complete the whole project in that hour, but if you take one hour ever day of the week, you will have worked 7 hours on it.
It is difficult to get out of a rut, but it really is worth it to try!
Photography, drawing, painting, dancing, music... anything creative. You will thank yourself!
